Key Roles and Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct workforce planning to ensure staffing levels align with business needs.

B. Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee orientation and ongoing development programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.

C. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and goal setting.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to promote engagement and motivation.

D. Compensation and Benefits

  • Administer salary structures and benefit programs to remain competitive within the industry.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Monitor and update benefits policies to align with company and legal requirements.

E. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale and teamwork.

F. Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect legal and organizational changes.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to employment standards and practices.

G. HR Data and Analytics

  • Maintain and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, attendance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Use data insights to recommend improvements to HR programs and processes.

H. Leadership and Strategy

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice on organizational development and change management.
  • Lead the HR team to deliver exceptional service and achieve departmental goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php42, Php50,000.00 per month
