About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative with at least 1 year of BPO experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance to ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions.
  • Meet performance targets, including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in customer support or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, or similar platforms.
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required.
