About the role

As a Sales Representative (Philip Stein) at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC', you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium watch brand, Philip Stein, in the Philippines market. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, where you will be connecting with potential customers and providing exceptional sales support to build long-lasting relationships.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and social media outreach
  2. Conducting in-person and virtual sales presentations to showcase the Philip Stein brand and product features
  3. Providing outstanding customer service to existing clients, addressing their inquiries and managing their accounts
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  5. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  6. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry
  2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  4. Passion for the Philip Stein brand and a deep understanding of its unique features and benefits
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  6. Fluency in English and Filipino
