About the role

Teamagri Industrial Corp. is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our team in SOUTH LUZON areas. This full-time role is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial part in contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and pursue new sales leads to expand our customer base
  2. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  3. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services
  4. Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
  5. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of products and services
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to close deals and address customer concerns
  3. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  4. Degree in Business, Marketing, Agricultural, Veterinary Medicine or any related field is preferred
