Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team with a focus on recruitment. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with at least 6 months of relevant experience in recruitment or HR support. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and maintaining accurate candidate records. You will also work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and platforms.
  • Help screen resumes and applications, providing initial assessments of candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
  • Help in preparing offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.

Candidate Management:

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, job offers, and next steps.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt responses and clear communication.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support in maintaining HR-related documents and reports.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment-related presentations, reports, and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met.
  • Participate in recruitment events or job fairs as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A degree in HRDM, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, HR support, or administrative roles is desirable but not required.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) is a plus.
