The Administrative and Receptionist Assistant is responsible for providing front desk support, administrative assistance, and office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and assist owners, visitors, guests, and employees courteously and professionally.
  • Manage check in and check out registration process.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and inquiries.
  • Manage reception area cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mails, deliveries, and packages.
  • Manage and record issued access cards to owners, tenants and guests.

Administrative Support:

  • Received and record Lease of Contract.
  • Received and record payment for use of amenities and other collection.
  • Assist and Support in day to day operation.
