Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 6 days a week

Job Description:

We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service and ensure smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate should be professional, friendly, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest concerns professionally
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk correspondence
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Perform other front desk and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and hotel booking systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
  • Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles is an advantage but not required
