What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling general correspondence
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
