Are you friendly, organized, and customer-focused? We're looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company

Work Locations: Makati City & BGC, Taguig

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Salary: ₱18, ,000

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients warmly, assist walk-ins, and direct them to the appropriate station or technician
  2. Manage bookings, respond to service inquiries, and send appointment reminders for late or no-show clients
  3. Process payments (cash/card), issue official receipts, and ensure accuracy in all transactions
  4. Promote new services, upsell products, and maintain updated client records
  5. Address client concerns professionally, coordinating with relevant staff for resolution
  6. Monitor inventory and ensure necessary supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained
  7. Reconcile daily sales, prepare end-of-day reports, and deposit funds accurately
  8. Stay knowledgeable about all services and staff to provide accurate information
  9. Maintain cleanliness of the front desk and common areas
  10. Present a polished, professional appearance at all times

Qualifications:

  • Female
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Willing to learn and undergo training
