Job Title: IT Staff (Active Pooling)

Location: South Caloocan City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

We are actively pooling candidates for the IT Staff position who will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining company systems, and ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who have a strong passion for troubleshooting, computer systems, and network maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist in setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Troubleshoot and repair system and network problems.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets, tools, and accessories.
  • Support implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in improving and updating IT infrastructure and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Knowledgeable in hardware troubleshooting and system installation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on-site at South Caloocan City.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
