  • Monitor all computer systems – act as Technical Support to all Departments/Projects
  • Research, review and recommend possible improvement on computers and other I.T. devices and software programs.
  • Conduct training to EDP and Administrative Assistants and other computer literate employees for the proper usage of the application software being used for generating various reports.
  • Assists employees on proper care of computers and avoids viruses.
  • Handle and check computer operations inventories such as computers, printers, scanners, networking cables etc.
  • Establish a standard and well organized filing system.
  • Responsible for safeguarding confidential files (Technical proposals etc.).
  • Overall in-charge on the implementation and update of the company's website and other marketing tools; company profile, business cards etc.
  • Perform all other related duties consistent with the nature of the job as may be directed by the Management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
