Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Flexible and resourceful.
  • Willing to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring and deployment of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with departments to process labor requisitions and related hiring documentation.
  • Post job openings across various platforms and evaluate sourcing strategies for effectiveness.
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates and build strong networks with universities, agencies, and other talent sources.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Guide candidates through the pre-employment process and ensure timely submission of requirements.
  • Coordinate with departments for candidate endorsements, assessments, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports (e.g., Metrics, Hiring Reports).
  • Send feedback to applicants and manage candidate communications.
  • Facilitate pre-employment medical exams and bank account setups for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews for separated employees.
