Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Maintain and organize company files, records, and correspondence.
- Prepare, encode, and file business letters, memos, and reports.
- Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Schedule meetings and assist in coordination with tenants, suppliers, and government agencies.
Leasing and Documentation Assistance
Assist in processing permits, clearances, and lease-related documents.
- Help monitor tenant compliance with lease requirements and deadlines.
Maintain an updated database of tenant records, contracts, and documents.
Financial and Accounting Support
Record petty cash expenses and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing payment requests, reimbursement forms, and deposit slips.
Coordinate with accounting for submission of receipts and transaction logs.
Human Resources Assistance
Maintain attendance and leave records of employees.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
- Help prepare HR-related forms and documentation (e.g., 201 files, leave forms).
5.Office Operations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Liaise with building administration, service providers, and contractors when needed.
- Support management in any special tasks or projects assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related course.
- With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Knowledge in basic accounting or government document processing is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned in Lupa Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
