I. Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, personal income tax declaration, and

social security contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF) for Philippine employees. Ensure

full compliance with Philippine labor laws and tax regulations, and respond to employee

payroll inquiries promptly.

  1. Coordinate the end-to-end management of overseas employees' on-boarding, off-boarding, transfers, probationary period administration, and contract renewals.

Optimize process design to ensure compliance.

  1. Assist headquarters in implementing localized welfare programs (e.g., insurance, medical check-ups) and HR policies (e.g., attendance, leave regulations). Ensure compliance with local labor laws while enhancing employee satisfaction and sense of belonging.

  2. Work closely with headquarters HRBPs to provide localized HR solutions and execution support for business units.

II. Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above; minimum 3 years of HR experience.

  2. Thorough knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations. Proficiency in payroll, benefits administration, and social security management.

  3. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills to facilitate collaboration between Chinese and Philippine teams. Strong organizational, coordination, and project management abilities to drive process implementation independently.

  4. Fluent in English (working language), Chinese communication skills are preferred.
