We areseeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu Central Visayas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional non-voice customer service to our telecommunications client, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and communications
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing feedback to management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools
- A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
