About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking an enthusiastic Telco sales Account Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position based in Cebu City, Cebu, offering the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Telco sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our leading telecommunication services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information and support to customers
  2. Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable telecommunication products and services
  3. Processing sales orders and ensuring a seamless customer experience
  4. Resolving customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner
  5. Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
  6. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service and sales processes

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets
  6. Willingness to work in a remote environment and be a self-motivated team player
