We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Telco Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline voice of our telecommunications client, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and technical support
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
  • Meet performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time

Qualifications

  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in customer service (BPO or telco experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to work onsite and in a shifting schedule (including weekends and holidays)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college level or graduate preferred
