Seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Support Broadband Account professional to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling a wide range of customer inquiries and ensuring the satisfaction of our broadband account clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our broadband offerings
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to the management team
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
