This is a full-time customer service role for the logistics account at TORCH Solutions' office in Cebu Central Visayas. The role will involve handling inbound calls from customers and providing high-quality support to help resolve their queries. This is a seasonal role with the potential to earn a completion bonus.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and responding to their questions and concerns in a professional and helpful manner
  2. Logging customer interactions and following up on open items
  3. Providing clear and accurate information to customers about TORCH Solutions' logistics services
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and making recommendations to management

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally in the logistics or transportation industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer queries efficiently
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
