Job Summary

Are you highly detail-oriented and passionate about keeping data clean, organized, and actionable? We're looking for a Virtual Data & Reporting Specialist to help our operations team keep our CRM ) running like clockwork. You'll handle everything from updating leads to verifying contact information and ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and ready to support the company's growth. If you love structure, consistency, and problem-solving through organization, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep up-to-date with accurate contact and lead data.
  • Research missing information using Google and LinkedIn to strengthen database quality.
  • Manage data transfers between and CSV files.
  • Review data regularly to detect and correct inconsistencies or gaps.
  • Support the Operations Manager by ensuring CRM data aligns with business goals.
  • Communicate data discrepancies and provide proactive solutions for accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information responsibly and maintain organized data systems.

Mandatory Skills

  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in managing large data sets.
  • Experience with or other CRM tools.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable conducting online research and lead verification.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience specifically managing boards and automations.
  • Background in CRM or data administration.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels or business development processes.
  • Skilled in spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Experience collaborating remotely with global teams.
