The Information Systems and Technology Manager leads the planning, implementation, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. This role ensures that technology supports business goals by optimizing IT operations, maintaining system security, and driving innovation. The manager oversees the IT team, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in IT, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and network administration.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience with cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and multi-site support.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications are highly valued.

Competencies and Skills

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, networks, enterprise applications, ERP, databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and virtualization technologies.
  • Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, IT governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL, NIST), and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to lead high-performing IT teams, align technology with business goals, and manage complex vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Project & Financial Management: Skilled in IT project management, strategic planning, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals; collaborate with leadership to assess tech needs and recommend solutions.
  • Team & Project Management: Lead and mentor the IT team; oversee IT projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Infrastructure & Systems Oversight: Manage installation, maintenance, and performance of hardware, software, networks, and cloud platforms to ensure stability, scalability, and reliability.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor IT security policies, manage cybersecurity risks, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
  • Support & Vendor Management: Oversee IT support services and vendor relationships; ensure efficient issue resolution, system documentation, and application integration for operational efficiency.

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
