The Information Systems and Technology Manager leads the planning, implementation, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. This role ensures that technology supports business goals by optimizing IT operations, maintaining system security, and driving innovation. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 7 to 10 years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and network administration.
Strong exposure to infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and multi-site tech support.
Experience managing IT in a high-demand environment, such as a call center or enterprise setting.
IT Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or ITIL are a strong advantage.
Competencies and Skills
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and network management.
Expertise in IT project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
Experience with enterprise applications, ERP systems, and database management.

Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning technology with business goals.
Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control in IT operations.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage complex vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
