The Information Systems and Technology Manager leads the planning, implementation, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. This role ensures that technology supports business goals by optimizing IT operations, maintaining system security, and driving innovation. The manager oversees the IT team, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • At least 7 to 10 years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and network administration.

  • Strong exposure to infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and multi-site tech support.

  • Experience managing IT in a high-demand environment, such as a call center or enterprise setting.

  • IT Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or ITIL are a strong advantage.

Competencies and Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and network management.

  • Expertise in IT project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

  • Experience with enterprise applications, ERP systems, and database management.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.

  • Proficiency in IT governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL, NIST).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all organizational levels.

  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing IT team.

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning technology with business goals.

  • Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control in IT operations.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to manage complex vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.

Essential Functions

  • Monitor and mitigate cybersecurity risks, implementing solutions as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

  • Work with departments to customize and integrate applications for operational efficiency.

  • Oversee IT support services, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.

  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.
