Product Trainer

As a Product Trainer, your role is pivotal in ensuring clients receive tailored and effective training solutions. You'll collaborate closely with clients during onboarding sessions to develop customized training plans aligned with their objectives. Your expertise in instructional design and delivery will shine as you create engaging training materials and facilitate interactive sessions, focusing on product features and usage scenarios. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to compliance, you'll maintain meticulous records and continuously refine training approaches to meet evolving client needs.
- Participate in client onboarding sessions to understand requirements, objectives, and training needs.
- Collaborate with clients to create customized, account-specific training plans.
- Develop comprehensive training curricula based on client materials, assessments, and identified knowledge gaps.
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions focused on product usage and client-specific scenarios.
- Use diverse instructional techniques, multimedia, and activities to boost engagement and retention.
- Adapt content and delivery based on trainees' learning styles, skill levels, and preferences.
- Facilitate discussions, Q&A, role-plays, and provide clear demonstrations and practical exercises.
- Monitor progress, gather participant feedback, and continuously refine training materials and methods.
- Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, materials, and support audit or compliance efforts.
- Work with HR and compliance teams to address training-related concerns and ensure alignment with policies.
- Conduct engaging foundational skills and competency-based training sessions for new hires and tenured employees.
- Deliver interactive learning experiences focused on adaptability, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, including instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on simulations.
- Design and update training materials to ensure relevance in startup and fast-scaling environments.
- Align content with evolving business needs, focusing on agility, innovation, and efficiency.
- Develop assessments to measure training effectiveness and ensure competency development.
- Provide coaching and follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and drive skill application.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
- Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Track training completion rates, analyze feedback, and measure learning impact.
- Continuously refine training content based on employee performance data and business trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
