Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Unit Manager located in Makati, with some work from home flexibility. The Assistant Unit Manager will support and manage daily operations within their unit, coordinate with team members to achieve performance targets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, providing training and development to team members, and assisting with the implementation of strategic initiatives. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. QualificationsExperience in team management, project management, and coordination

Sales, recruitment, and marketing background preferred but not required

Experience in Financial or Insurance industry is a plus

Able to meet office work twice a week

Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Ability to provide training, coaching, and development to team members

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Ability to work in both onsite and remote environments
