About the Role As a Strategy Management Unit Head, you will be responsible for collections strategy development and implementation across the entire collections portfolio by working closely with the Pre & Early Collections Department Head, Late Collections Department Head, and Collections Strategy & Analytics Department Head. The purpose of this role is to ensure proper execution and compliance with developed strategies across the entire Division.

How you'll contribute Responsible for the actualization of strategies developed with the Department Heads by coordinating with different business units (Dialer, Administration, System, Analytics, Call Center, etc.) with the business objective of tracking to budget/plan. Test and implement innovative strategies and modifications to the collections processes using specific pilots and champion-challenger experiments, communicating with the Department Heads continuously. Monitor and analyze results of each communication tool used, and adjust strategies accordingly, based on their performance.

Monitor and provide suggestions for enhancement of account endorsement rules (skip tracing, legal endorsement, etc.) that will increase profitability. Collaborate in the review and evaluation process of abandoned or written-off accounts for possible collections opportunities. Analyze provided operative, productivity and efficiency reports and evaluate results to draw conclusions for strategic decision-making.

Produce analysis, data visualizations, and reports to identify trends in each stage of collections, and for each communication tool, with the support of the Analytics Team. What are we looking for Must have a Bachelor's or College degree.
