About the Role:

As a Unit Manager, you'll lead, mentor, and develop a team of Financial Advisors to meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets. You'll be a key driver in business development, training, and client satisfaction. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity that offers mentorship, incentives, and leadership growth within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Sales Execution: Drive unit sales and performance through mentoring and leading by example
  • Recruitment & Development: Build, train, and onboard new Financial Advisors
  • Client Engagement: Maintain high client retention and ensure top-tier service excellence
  • Performance Tracking & Strategy: Monitor team progress and implement strategies to meet targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales and leadership experience (preferably in finance, insurance, or sales)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for developing others and helping them achieve their goals
  • Ability to lead a hybrid team (remote & field-based)
  • Committed to ongoing professional growth and attending training sessions
  • Must be willing to take on licensure requirements

This is a commission-based role with performance incentives. No fixed salary.
