What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, related field; MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
- Relevant experience in operation management preferably in a managerial role.
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare management, or a supervisory role
- In-depth understanding of compliance in Aged Care and NDIS (including the quality standards, WHS, infection prevention and control, and SIRS) setting
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes.
Nice to Have:
- Team Collaboration: Be capable of working both independently and as an effective team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
What will you do?
The Business Unit Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of day-today business activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This position is responsible for driving performance, productivity, and compliance across the organization.
The Business Unit Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and support teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations at our organisation. The Business Unit Manager will implement process improvements, support multidisciplinary teams, and cultivate strong relationships across the organisation. With a focus on delivering exceptional healthcare services, the Business Unit Manager will contribute to a positive, values-driven workplace while continuously improving workflows.
