Position: Engineering Safety Officer

Industry: Construction / Engineering Company

Location: Danao, Cebu (Project Site)

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Regular Schedule

Salary Range: Php 25,000 – Php 35,000 gross (OPEN NEGOTIABLE)

Qualifications

  • Valid competency certificates: HIRAC, LCM, TOT, and SPA
  • Completed COSH Training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) within a construction environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce safety standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain health and safety programs and policies in compliance with regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
  • Facilitate safety training sessions and toolbox meetings for site personnel
  • Ensure compliance with company and government safety standards
  • Monitor site activities to identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors
  • Prepare and maintain accurate safety records and reports
