Location: CPCI Head Office (Oakridge Business Park, A.S. Fortuna, Mandaue City, Cebu)

Role: Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and ensure compliance with DOH and DOLE standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs tailored to clinic operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and routine safety inspections.
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish and maintain accident-prevention systems.
  • Recommend and implement process and product safety improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with DOH, DOLE, and other regulatory standards.
  • Analyze and report safety data, incident investigations, and compliance metrics.
  • Conduct employee safety trainings and awareness programs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for safety concerns, incidents, and inquiries.
  • Stay updated with the latest safety regulations and best practices in occupational health and safety.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Preferably with Certified Safety Professional or equivalent safety certification.
  • Proven experience in occupational health and safety management (healthcare or clinic setting preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of DOH, DOLE, and other safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
