About the role

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is seeking a Safety and Security Admin Associate to join our team in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our property assets and personnel. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of our real estate and property management business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with Safety and Security Leads in identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective measures.
  2. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of safety and security protocols across our property portfolio
  3. Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance
  4. Investigate and document any incidents or breaches, and recommend corrective actions
  5. Provide training and support to our on-site security teams
  6. Maintain detailed records and prepare regular reports on safety and security performance
  7. Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar safety and security administration role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
  2. Must be a Certified Safety Officer 2 or 3.
  3. Strong knowledge of relevant safety and security regulations, as well as emergency response procedures
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
  5. Proficient in data analysis and report writing
  6. Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and security
