Responsibilities:

· Recruit, hire and train new managers in their direct area

· Offer consultation and recommendations to store managers on overcoming operations challenges

· Monitor sales and work toward meeting sales goal

· Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules and inventory use

· Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area

Requirement:

· Male/ Female, Graduate of HRM or nay business course

· 1-2 years experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial or higher position

· Working knowledge of business development best practices

· Entrepreneurial mindset

· In-depth knowledge of financial planning and office management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php29,000.00 per month
