TMC is actively looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Staff member to help grow our customer base, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue through strategic marketing and effective sales efforts.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online trends
  • Ability to plan and execute online or social media marketing campaigns
  • Ability to create proposals for events and booths
  • With strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Related experience is an advantage but not required

  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Job Type: Full-time
