JOB SUMMARY:

The Group Finance Director (GFD) is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and direction for the Grand Westside Megaworld Hotel Group. This role oversees the financial management of all managed properties and food & beverage units, ensuring sound financial practices, accurate reporting, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. The GFD consolidates all financial results from managed hotels and F&B outlets, supports strategic business planning, and ensures optimal profitability and cost control across the group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or related senior finance leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or F&B operations).
  • Proven track record in group-level financial consolidation, budgeting, and strategic financial management.
  • Experience managing multi-property financial operations is highly desirable.
  • CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred (e.g., ACCA, CMA).
  • MBA in Finance or related field is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Uptown, Taguig City, and/or Paranaque

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
