Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Leader located in Antipolo. The Group Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, developing team skills, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing process improvements. The Group Leader will also be involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordinating with other departments to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in customer care, BPO, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements
  • Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Antipolo
