- Recruitment Operations – Oversee the end-to-end hiring process to ensure timely filling of vacancies. Manage sourcing channels, conduct fieldwork and onsite hiring activities, review recruitment outputs, conduct final interviews, and maintain an updated applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Team Supervision and Development – Lead and mentor recruitment staff, monitor performance, hold regular meetings, and recommend training to enhance team capabilities.
- Process Development – Create and refine recruitment policies and procedures, identify process gaps, and implement improvements, including automation or digital tools for efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with department heads, operations, and clients to align hiring needs, provide recruitment reports, and maintain partnerships with schools, agencies, and other sourcing networks.
- Compliance and Documentation – Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements and adherence to labor regulations, company policies, and data privacy standards.
