The
Recruitment Supervisor
will play a crucial role in optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing employer brand. This is a supervisory position, perfect for a professional who thrives on improving efficiency and shaping a positive candidate experience. You'll work closely with the HR and Marketing teams to ensure we attract and hire the best talent while promoting a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    Develop and execute strategies that boost recruiter productivity and improve candidate conversion rates. You will analyze current recruitment methods, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to streamline the hiring funnel.
  • Employer Branding & Partnerships:
    Collaborate with the Marketing team to champion the company brand. You will assist in developing and promoting our culture and values to potential candidates and build partnerships with universities and government institutions to expand our talent pool.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of
    4-5 years of experience
    in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with experience leading or coaching junior recruiters
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and improve key metrics like time-to-hire and turnaround time
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is an advantage
  • Willingness to work onsite in Makati City
