Job Summary

This role leads strategic people initiatives to drive business outcomes.

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader who can shape and execute the people agenda in support of business goals. This individual will partner closely with senior leaders to understand business priorities, challenges, and long-term goals, then translate them into actionable people strategies.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience influencing and advising senior business leaders on strategic people matters, leading large-scale HR or change programs across multiple functions, regions, or business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic people plans that align with business objectives.
  2. Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure the right skills, capacity, and structures are in place to deliver growth.
  3. Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver enterprise-wide HR programs that drive business outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial time in business partnering roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, change leadership, and culture transformation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and gain buy-in at senior levels.
