Maintenance Supervisor:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance operations within a facility or property, ensuring that all equipment, systems, and physical structures are properly maintained and functioning efficiently. You will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating work schedules, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and comfort of occupants.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar leadership role, preferably in a hotel setting.

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance and construction.

  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software for work order management and tracking.

  • Willing to be assigned in Calatagan, Batangas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
