Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in both Front Office and/or housekeeping operations (resort or hotel).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in hotel PMS (Property Management System); knowledge of [Hotelogix, Opera, Fidelio] is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Guest Service Supervisor – Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
  • Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and overall guest service flow.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Lead, train, and monitor performance of FO, HK, PA, and lifeguard staff.
  • Handle guest concerns, special requests, and escalations professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments for maintenance and guest needs.
  • Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
  • Prepare schedules, reports, and necessary administrative documents.
  • Maintain compliance with resort policies, safety, and service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
