We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management to support our ongoing construction projects.

ey Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations, ensuring smooth and organized workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement and Planning Departments for timely deliveries and stock replenishment.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies, safety standards, and housekeeping procedures.
  • Prepare and submit regular inventory and material usage reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tagging of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure safe storage and handling of all items.
  • Support project site requirements by ensuring prompt dispatch of materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in inventory control systems and warehouse management software.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and willing to conduct on-site inspections when needed.
