  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Officers to ensure a smooth workflow for each client project.
  • Communicate with the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) regarding all types of waste and other project-related details.
  • Communicates with the Purchasing Department for any additional requirements needed for ongoing or upcoming projects.
  • Ensure all truck-related documents are current and compliant, including LTO registration and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Plant/Maintenance Supervisor for truck dispatches aligned with scheduled operations.
  • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance checklist reviews for all trucks.
  • Assist the Repair and Maintenance Team as needed.
  • Delegate tasks to drivers and helpers assigned to each truck.
  • Oversee hauler schedules to ensure timely dispatch and service execution.
  • Monitor daily operational schedules, ensuring all client-related activities are completed, and address concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Join the operations/truck team during client servicing as needed, for on-site supervision.
  • Supervise Site Coordinators assigned to client facilities and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Prepare and complete all required operational documents, including (but not limited to): ○ Job Orders ○ Manifest Forms ○ Trip Passes ○ Travel Authorizations
  • Oversee the general operations of the company, including the deployment and performance of all operational personnel.
  • Provide daily updates and submit operational plans to the PCO, Supervisor, and General Manager.
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of operational staff, providing feedback and guidance as necessary.
