We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Helper to assist the maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the Lima Outlet facility. The ideal candidate will support daily maintenance tasks, perform minor repairs, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist maintenance technicians with routine inspections and repairs.
  • Carry tools, equipment, and materials to job sites as needed.
  • Perform minor tasks such as painting, changing light bulbs, or basic plumbing assistance.
  • Help maintain clean and safe working areas, including back rooms, service corridors, and mechanical rooms.
  • Respond quickly to maintenance calls or emergencies.
  • Support in setting up and dismantling equipment or displays for outlet operations.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a maintenance, janitorial, or facilities role is a plus but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance procedures.
  • Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
