Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at the Ilijan LNG terminal, ensuring asset integrity and operational reliability in compliance with international standards, recommended practices, and safety regulations. This role plays a key part in developing, implementing, and managing maintenance strategies, procedures, and resources to support terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the development and implementation of asset and operating integrity programs in accordance with applicable international standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Lead the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Maintenance Plans (SMPs), Inspection Routes and Points, Task Lists, and
  • Serve as the Deputy to the Terminal Maintenance Head when required.
  • Drive the development and execution of the annual maintenance budget and expense plan.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance-related operational costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Plan and establish preventive maintenance programs, including the definition of major overhaul schedules and resource requirements.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of planned shutdowns and turnaround activities.
  • Develop and implement an equipment sparing strategy and an effective maintenance management system.
  • Establish maintenance procedures and lead the development of the maintenance staffing plan.
  • Lead the recruitment, staffing reviews, and selection processes for the maintenance team; define and implement training and staff development programs.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to foster and maintain business relationships that support terminal operations.
  • Ensure all regulatory inspections, certifications, and documentation requirements are completed and audit-ready.
  • Represent the Ilijan LNG terminal during regulatory audits and inspections as needed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Maintenance Supervisors, Engineers, and Specialists in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
  • Supervise all maintenance personnel, including direct reports and third-party contractors.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the overall operations and strategic objectives of the terminal.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications, Mechanical Engineering, etc.

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 5 years' supervisory and / or management experience in LNG, natural Gas Liquids, chemical plant operations

8 to 10 years LNG, Marine Terminal, Gas/Liquid Pipelines, and Cryogenic operations and other process (maintenance experience is mandatory)
