HR Officer – Employee Relations

What You'll Own & Lead:
- Manage employee concerns, conflict resolution, and counseling
- Design and run engagement programs, surveys, and recognition events
- Reinforce company culture, core values, and employee morale
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage internal communications, team-building activities, and HR events
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, or engagement programs
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Skilled in conflict resolution, communication, and employee engagement strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Handles sensitive matters with integrity and discretion
- Experience with HR or analytics tools is a plus
