Job Summary
The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing key HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. In this role, the Specialist will take ownership of organizing and coordinating rewards and recognition (R&R) programs, facilitating team-building activities, and improving communication around employee engagement efforts. Working closely with the HR Manager and other teams, the Specialist will contribute to the success of various initiatives in both onsite and remote work environments.
Job Description
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to implement and manage R&R programs that foster a positive and motivating work culture.
• Support in planning, coordinating, and executing the logistics for employee engagement events and R&R activities, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution.
• Develop and create engaging content for internal and external communication platforms to highlight and promote R&R initiatives.
• Track and manage reward information, ensuring accuracy and efficient processing of recognition data.
• Engage directly with employees to gather feedback, measure satisfaction, and continuously improve engagement efforts.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to execute event-related deliverables, ensuring they align with budgets and expectations.
• Assist managers and team leaders in organizing team-building activities, and support other employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage the distribution of onboarding welcome packs, milestone recognition tokens, and employee anniversary giveaways.
• Support HR with administrative tasks related to employee engagement activities and other HR processes as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with communication tools.
• Familiarity with using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for designing engaging visual content and promotional materials.
• Ability to analyze data, trends, and metrics related to employee engagement.
• Capacity to identify patterns, correlations, and areas for improvement in engagement initiatives.
• Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skill with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and strategies clearly and concisely in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to foster positive relationships, resolve conflicts, and facilitate productive discussions.
Screening Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in HR or events coordination.
• Must have a stable employment history.
Other Details
Onsite (Tuesday - Saturday 7 AM - 4PM)
