What You'll Own (and Lead):

You will be the guardian of compliance and employee integrity, ensuring the company operates with fairness, legality, and consistency.

  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies & employment contracts
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, labor laws, and internal regulations
  • Lead case investigations & employee disciplinary procedures
  • Manage legal documentation and regulatory reports
  • Conduct compliance audits, trainings, and process checks

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Legal Management, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, legal, compliance, employee, or labor relations
  • Deep knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code & DOLE regulations
  • Skilled in policy writing, case handling, and compliance documentation
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and strong ethical judgment
  • Someone who handles confidential matters with integrity and professionalism
