Employee Relations Officer
We are looking for additional part of Human Resources team to support Employee Relations Officer to further strengthen the HR operations in QQEnglish.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year course, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Management) are an advantage but not required
- At least one (1) year of hands-on experience in employee relations, labor relations, or a similar human resources function
- Experience handling employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations is preferred
- Familiarity with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with management and employees at all levels
