Job Summary
Responsible for administrative tasks, basic accounting, and costing. Must be organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Record, organize, and maintain files and documents
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Encode and manage physical and digital records
- Assist in scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
- Prepare letters, summaries, and simple presentations
- Support operations and business tasks as needed
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record income and expenses (daily/weekly)
- Maintain spreadsheets or accounting software
- Monitor payables and receivables
- Prepare simple financial summaries
- Assist in budget tracking
Costing & Analysis
- Compute cost of goods/services
- Prepare price breakdowns for materials, labor, overhead
- Update costing sheets regularly
- Coordinate with suppliers for updated prices
- Compare actual cost vs expected cost
- Help in price quotation preparation
- Verify accuracy of cost-related documents
Qualifications
- College level or graduate (Accounting, Business, or related is a bonus)
- Knowledge in basic accounting and costing
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate with numbers
- Good communication and follow-through skills
- Trustworthy and can work with minimal supervision
- Admin or accounting experience is an advantage
