
Business Development and Sales Manager

We are a fast-growing construction company delivering projects with excellence, innovation, and integrity. As we expand, we are looking for a Business Development and Sales Manager who will lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and open new opportunities in the construction industry.
As the Business Development and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed quotas.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships as the key point of contact.
- Overseeing proposals, bids, and presentations for major projects.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting regularly to senior management on sales performance and pipeline progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management—preferably in construction, real estate, or engineering.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive a sales team toward ambitious targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- A strong professional network in the construction sector is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
