Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead and execute strategies to grow Walastik Pets' sales both online (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, website) and offline (veterinary clinics, pet shops, distributors, and retail partners). This role requires a balance of digital marketing expertise and traditional sales management to strengthen market presence, increase revenue, and build long-term relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales – Online & Offline

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Manage e-commerce sales performance, promotions, and conversion rates.
  • Expand distribution channels by onboarding veterinary clinics, pet shops, and wholesale partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales agreements with distributors and retail accounts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.

Marketing – Digital & Traditional

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online ads, promotions, events, partnerships).
  • Manage e-commerce listings, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Create and implement trade marketing programs for offline partners (posters, flyers, in-store promotions).
  • Organize brand activations, pet events, expos, and sponsorships to boost awareness.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior for product positioning.

Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team.
  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and product development teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Train and motivate staff to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
  • Handle escalated customer and partner concerns to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Latin Honor is a plus
  • At least 3–5 years of solid experience in Sales and Marketing (with both online and offline exposure).
  • Proven track record of growing sales and expanding distribution channels.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, social media, Google Ads).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Passion for pets and knowledge of the pet care industry is an advantage.
